Do you know what all the buttons do on that?
Indeed we do.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit cards, Cash, Bank transfers and PayPal.
What do I need to hire something?
You will need to bring proof of identity (Passport/Driving License), proof of address (most recent bank or utility statement), proof of insurance (if applicable) and of course a deposit and means of payment.
Do you do credit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer credit to anyone other than organisations, registered charities or our long term clients.
Do you hire items for a few hours?
Yes, however you will still be charged for the daily rate.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, you need insurance for the duration of the hire period for any bookings valued over £50. We can help arrange this if necessary.
Can I collect?
While we much prefer to deliver and setup the equipment, we do “Dry Hire” the smaller items in our inventory.
How much time does it take to setup?
The amount of time it takes to setup varies based on several factors including venue, complexity and the size for the system. At the very least we suggest at least 3 hours but please do get in touch for a more accurate time frame based on your requirements. Please note that when booking venues you should include time to pack down too.
I only need one microphone, is that too small for you?
Not at all, we’re happy to help with any size request. Infact once we hired out a single 1m XLR cable.
I'm not sure how to use the kit, can you help?
Fear not, we offer a variety of services to suit every level. An induction on how to use the equipment safely is also included in every hire. If you feel you may require more training please contact us in advance and we’ll only be too happy to help.
What if I damage something?
You are liable for all repair and/or replacement costs. If this happens before your event, call us immediately as we may have spares in stock.
